Great app except the restaurant had no record of my order when I showed up. Placing the order was easy and the set up for picking up orders that have been paid for seems great...except mine wasnt there. It was my first time using the app so Ill give it another shot some other time, but 3 stars for now

Works well but I wish there was an option for specifying that I want them to toss the salad for me. Just for that, Ill make the line whenever I have the time.

The app design and interface is fantastic. That said, after entering all of our info we were given a pop up message : "authentication invalid" or some cryptic message along those lines. So regardless of how smooth and intuitive the salad building process is, its sort of irrelevant if you cant close the deal.

Since the update no matter where I change my order location to, it sends it to the last store I ordered from before the update. Even though it will list the correct store in app and even say confirmed, when the email comes it lists the wrong store. Ive placed on three orders for two different stores where this happened. :-(

I want to love this. But its really slow and unresponsive

Trying to use this app, but cant get past a "you are not connected to the internet" error message while clearly connected. Oh well. Back to Snap Kitchen.

I love this app. I order at least once a week while at a class and pick up the order on my way to my next stop. Every once in a while its slow to think or I need to reset but what app is perfect? Im willing to wait for the convenience.

I am really impressed with this app. It is clean and easy to use. I ordered 4 salads for the office today and they were waiting for me when I arrived. On point!

Freezes, slow, unresponsive. Sometimes it just plain quits in loops. Its a pity because Sweet Green make great salads and their lines are usually so long that this app really is important for people. Please figure it out.

loading times are long and simple functionality isnt there. I just want to reorder the same salad I had last time what is it take so long to do. Please get rid of some of these pictures and put simple prompts

Can there be an option for them to mix the salad on the app? Mixing is the best part of sweetgreen.

This app does not let you customize very well. Should allow you to write in instructions like seamless.

Old abandoned orders dont disappear without you logging out and back in. When I did that routine most recently, I was forced to switch to a new system? I just want to order a salad. Why do I need to spend twenty minutes navigating your crap to order a salad.

The app will not load sometimes because it says there is no internet connection even though there is.

App does not work properly and it shows your order didnt go through and still charge you later.

Love this app! It makes going here such a breeze, especially at lunch! But please, please add an option to have your salad mixed on mobile orders!

Thought this app would save me time and earn some loyalty perks. But its a bust. If you order your salad through the app, youll be picking up a "salad template." Mine came unmixed - solid block of avocado, next to a clump of onions, etc with salad dressing in containers on the side. I assume this is so the salad doesnt get soggy if you dont pick it up right away (even tho the app tells you exactly when it will be ready) - but its a pain to have to go and find a bowl somewhere in your office (mine doesnt have any) and then cut up the ingredients and mix in the dressing. The perks program is pretty hilarious. Spend $100 and you get a free salad on your birthday. After that, you have to spend $1,000 and $2,500 to unlock other benefits. Dumb. Just give us a ten salads and get one free perk. Or 20 salads if thats where your cost works out. But this perk program is just lame and insulting. TLDR: Deleting the app hours after I downloaded it.

Worked fine before, no longer does after most recent update.
