This app times out a lot. Essentially its useless because the screen to order never populates.

iPhone 6s v 9.2.1 Hangs in opening screen.

All of my earned credits disappeared after this most recent update, which also caused issues with the credit card I had loaded -- it says that theres no card info, but when I go to add one, the info is still there.

The update wont allow you to earn reward points. I thought that was the purpose.

Really enjoy using this app. Best way to order salads.

I hope the developers read this and make future updates. Why cant you EDIT a custom salad after you add it to your cart ?!!?!!? Or edit a Favorite salad? This makes no sense. If you made a mistake or changed your mind and want to change ingredients, you have to START ALL OVER rather than edit the existing salad youve made. Its mind blowingly stupid and frustrating. Great job creating a beautiful app that doesnt function well.

Need option for how much dressing on order. Light/medium/etc. some dressings overpower the bowls and need option and/or place for special instructions when ordering. Especially because you cant call. At least Hollywood, they "dont use their phone" apparently.

Does it only connects to wifi ?!! Every time I try to use the split says no internet connection. The app is useless

I finally deleted app, have never been able to successfully place an order. After the first order I tried to place, which didnt tell me I could pick up at the time I wanted until after I went through all of the steps, I couldnt delete the old order or place a new order on another day. Too much time spent on making a pretty app and made a pretty useless app instead.

The old versions used to work just fine but with the last few updates it wont even load the app completely before it crashes. Totally turns me away from eating there

Customizing an order is handled very nicely. One annoyance: cant you remember the last places I ordered from? Its annoying to have to type it in every time (I have location services turned off so that is part of the problem I think)

Takes ages to load on wifi and is basically impossible to use on cellular data. I tried to place an order and it said "this order could not be processed" 5 times! I just gave up and went in person. Please fix this

I love sweet green and want to love this app but essentially it has logged me out and I cannot log back in. Ive removed the app but now I am unable to re-download it! Now Ive eaten at sweet green and wont get credits for my expensive salads!

Super slow. Need to order one hour ahead. Food is never there by the time the app says it will be. No need to order online if you have to wait in the store for 30 mins. The salad is never mixed, I dont know why. Ive used this a couple of times before I write this review.

Salad not mixed, no dressing. App seems to function, but no way to give instructions. Such as (what one would think to be implicit in a salad you pay $11 for) include dressing, mix. Avoid.

Never works. Very frustrating to use.

The pint sized app version can be awkward to use compared to iPad or laptop. Too many options to navigate easily and change things up. Also needs the ability to have a salad mixed for pickup. I waste time and effort calling the store to request our salads be mixed. Its no different than doing takeout from the store.

I think this app is pretty solid. It lets me customize every aspect of my salad and pay for it on the app. Its very convenient. The only thing that bugs me is when you get a to go order they dont chop and mix everything up. Maybe its a soggy issue but I dont care, I wish I could leave a note on my order so I could specify to mix up my salad.
