I love this app. I order at least once a week while at a class and pick up the order on my way to my next stop. Every once in a while its slow to think or I need to reset but what app is perfect? Im willing to wait for the convenience.
I am really impressed with this app. It is clean and easy to use. I ordered 4 salads for the office today and they were waiting for me when I arrived. On point!
Love this app! It makes going here such a breeze, especially at lunch! But please, please add an option to have your salad mixed on mobile orders!
I just tried the app and it worked fine. I didnt try to modify anything, just ordered straight off the menu. It was easy.
I use this app to order lunch and avoid lines all the time. Super convenient. The problem is that there is no space for comments or special requests. I hate that when I order through the app, my salad doesnt come mixed, and I cant request extra dressing. Sometimes I can call to make this request, and that usually works, but when I cant call, its pretty annoying. Also, no one wants to call places to order food anymore! Its as simple as a comment box. If it had that, Id give 5 stars.
Some bad moments
The app design and interface is fantastic. That said, after entering all of our info we were given a pop up message : "authentication invalid" or some cryptic message along those lines. So regardless of how smooth and intuitive the salad building process is, its sort of irrelevant if you cant close the deal.
Since the update no matter where I change my order location to, it sends it to the last store I ordered from before the update. Even though it will list the correct store in app and even say confirmed, when the email comes it lists the wrong store. Ive placed on three orders for two different stores where this happened. :-(
Trying to use this app, but cant get past a "you are not connected to the internet" error message while clearly connected. Oh well. Back to Snap Kitchen.
Freezes, slow, unresponsive. Sometimes it just plain quits in loops. Its a pity because Sweet Green make great salads and their lines are usually so long that this app really is important for people. Please figure it out.
loading times are long and simple functionality isnt there. I just want to reorder the same salad I had last time what is it take so long to do. Please get rid of some of these pictures and put simple prompts
Can there be an option for them to mix the salad on the app? Mixing is the best part of sweetgreen.
