you should add an option where we can order the salad with the dressing pre mixed as though we were ordering in the store. lite medium or heavy dressing. please update! thanks

Hasnt updated with rewards points, and whenever I try to order online, it says its unavailable. Reached out to customer support and they said theyd reach out shortly. Its been a week and no response

Sure it looks nice but it has so many problems. It never works. No errors to tell me why. Just nothing. Ive been burnt too many times by this trash app. I have to skip lunch because I have meetings and this trash does not work. The salad is not worth the time wasted trying to order.

Difficulties in linking cards and other non-intuitive roadblocks make this a difficult app to order from.

Such nice visuals, but I have no idea how to just order a salad with this thing. Every screen is a new, custom, mysterious interface that doesnt work like any other app ever.

I just tried the app and it worked fine. I didnt try to modify anything, just ordered straight off the menu. It was easy.

I change the warm bowls to customize and the app says it cant add the order to the basket and then somehow I was able to reach the checkout screen and then it says no product selected after clicking order and I was like how was this app even approved. In the end I had to order whatever bowl they had without customizing.

In this day and age when no one can keep the hackers out I am dismayed that this company does not support the much more secure ApplePay. I cant trust a random startup with my credit card info and full contact info. Please let us know when you fix this security hole.

The small light grey fonts make many of the screens contents unreadable for me. Your food is pretty and delicious, so make your app readable and useable.

You are required to link a credit or debit card to earn rewards. The app is useless for people using cash.

Every time I go to order online it asks me for a time but then no time appears! What is the point if I cant even place the order? App needs to be updated ASAP!

You get monthly charges of about $10 for using this app!! It is run through some platform called LevelUp which makes the charges.

love sweetgreen but after this new update, i get stuck on the loading screen for several minutes. when i finally got into the app, none of the images would show up. please fix!! luckily i can still scan to pay from the loading screen lol

I use this app to order lunch and avoid lines all the time. Super convenient. The problem is that there is no space for comments or special requests. I hate that when I order through the app, my salad doesnt come mixed, and I cant request extra dressing. Sometimes I can call to make this request, and that usually works, but when I cant call, its pretty annoying. Also, no one wants to call places to order food anymore! Its as simple as a comment box. If it had that, Id give 5 stars.

I cannot log in, stuck on load screen. The app keeps telling me I need to connect to a wifi network, but I am connected and my network is fine. Ive contact customer service and they tell me its my wifi network. But this is the only app that I am having trouble with, and I get the same notification on LTE network. For now I cannot pay with the app and cannot get rewards credit. Waiting on follow up from customer support. Problems began after this update.

Tried to reset my password through the app. Was sent an email with a link and reset my password, but turns out I just reset my "web" password and not my "rewards" password. What was the point of this feature/link then?! I have no idea how to figure out how to reset my "rewards" password. Too much effort for an already overpriced salad.

Cant checkout. Just hangs. Why has your app sucked for always?

Without Apple Pay why would I choose to give these guys my card details vs swiping my card in the shop? They push their app really hard in store but I dont understand why Id use it at all right now.

In the store, the salad makers ask "How would you like your dressing: Light, Medium, Heavy or on the side?" This is an important and value-added customization. This is why I love SweetGreen. Please add this option during ordering. Also, in App Settings, have a saved Yes/No option for Dressing Mixed In (or Dressing On The Side) and Light, Medium, Heavy.

Using this app, you can order your food in 30s and then simply pick up your order off a shelf. Its the most streamlined pick-up experience Ive had.
