Thought I lost my rewards but logged out and back in, and everything is still there. One salad closer to black status!

If you update the app to find it doesnt work just delete the app and re-download.

Sweetgreen makes the bessssssst salads. Now in the new app I can order a salad for lunch and skip those long lunch lines. Ordering in the app is so fun and not the hassle youd expect.

New update wiped my rewards and credit card info. I find it hard to navigate as well.

App wouldn’t recognize my credit card after the upgrade and give an error message when I tried producing the bar code. I could fixed that by deleting the app and re-installing just like others here. Biggest trouble I have is that I need some sort of order history so I can produce receipts in an efficient way for my expense reports when I travel. That sucked badly in the old app, but now it completely disappeared. I just use the app for paying not for ordering and it seems store order are not showing up.

I am a long time SG customer. What the heck is going on with online ordering. The new app is useless. Constantly times out. Impossible to do an online order. The online website also is not working (and has been crap for the last several weeks). Multiple "bad gateway" failures. I cannot believe you renovated the CapHill location to accommodate on line ordering and dont have an on line ordering system that actually WORKS. I am hugely exasperated with you. Might as well walk over to Pret if you wont fix it.

Version 1.0 worked fine, without many glitches at all. After updating to version 2.0, I havent been able to use the app at all as it says that I dont have a payment card (even though I do) and my rewards dont show up. I wrote to app support several weeks ago and am still yet to hear back.

I have had so many issues with the app and online ordering since Sweetgreen changed their ordering systems. The app wont let you see your rewards and how youve earned them. Once you open the map, you cant go back within the app to another screen. I have been complaining that I have not been getting rewards and there is no response. I, like many others, am not going to wait in line and Im not going to order through the app until the rewards issued is resolved, so someone at Sweetgreen should figure out these issues quickly!

The app rarely loads. If it does load, its nearly impossible to complete an online order. I also am not a fan of side-scrolling through ingredients. Too bad the app doesnt work 95% of the time.

I love this place, freshest tastiest salads! and this app makes it sooo easy to order!

Very impressed by sweetgreens ability to keep up to date with the Starbucks and Paneras. The shake to pay feature is simple and crucial to a quick check out time. Saving my favorite salad feature is also awesome. Overall great app.

Seems some of the early bugs were figured out. Works great now!

When ordering ahead, need a checkbox option for getting the salad mixed together!

Please promote your designers and ux people because this app is stunning. Love the UI/UX. Very easy to customize and place an order. Nice to have rewards in one place too. Great job, yall!

Thinking I was being clever to skip a long line, I downloaded this app and took a seat. In the course of time it took me to download and set up the app, then find out that there were too many bugs that prevented me from actually ordering, I watched the people I was in line with go from the back to the front, then out the door. It was a total waste of time.

Only works really for rewards. Had trouble making a salad (would not load). Cannot access your profile to change card. But this is not to take away from the amazing salads!

This app used to work great! However, ever since the update, it simply does not work. It says I have no credit card linked up to the app for payment, yet I have two cards. I have removed and reinstalled the cards with no success. I contacted support twice, And have not heard anything. Very frustrating as I am a loyal customer.

This app is ridiculously broken. I cant place an order, the search field widget is aligned off the page, I cant select a store ... and the worst part is that I have to use the app on my phone because the mobile site refuses to let me login. You lost a sale and perhaps a customer because of this 30 minute waste of my time.

It freezes or hangs most of the time.

Wont let you select a location to order online... So this app really cant do too much!
