You guys need to test your app before you put it out there

Still need option to add gift cards to app

Great app but I am still waiting for a feature to add gift cards to the app so I dont have to carry them around and can easily check my balance. I brought it up and the store and was told "its coming" - hurry up!

No comment area

I think its ridiculous you there is no phone number for sweet green. This app needs a comment area or a place to list allergies. I cant even use it because of this nor can I call and place an order. Very frustrating.

Does not work

This app and the website both are incredibly buggy and take forever to load at every stage (with good internet connection). Took me 45 mins to place a simple order bc I got so many error messages. Please fix the bugs- should not be so hard.

No ApplePay, clunky payment process

Instead of just using ApplePay like the other restaurants in the area (or online with the seamless app) this app makes you create an account, provide all your personal details, and to pay, you have to launch their app and scan a old-school barcode. Your food is great, but your POS tech is weird—please consider ditching this slow/confusing system and just use ApplePay!

Wish I could leave a note

I think this app is pretty solid. It lets me customize every aspect of my salad and pay for it on the app. Its very convenient. The only thing that bugs me is when you get a to go order they dont chop and mix everything up. Maybe its a soggy issue but I dont care, I wish I could leave a note on my order so I could specify to mix up my salad. Edit: PLEASE LET ME PICK UP MY TO GO ORDER MIXED!! Part of the joy of sweet green is that everything is mixed together but not when you order it to go. It really makes me nutty.

Room for improvement

App does what its supposed to, but it would be really helpful to have a special instructions field for requests like "mix all ingredients" or "please use clean mixing bowl that hasnt been in contact with seafood," for example. Also would be nice to favorite locations when there are multiple Sweetgreens you use regularly.

Issue with rewards program

Beware of ordering (and paying) for pickup online - amounts spent on these purchases are not applied towards the progress of my rewards. Reached out to customer service twice - acknowledged my transactions but did not amend the situation (update my status).

New version doesnt work

The old version worked fine. This new version takes a very long time to load and wont allow me to login. Very frustrating.

Love this App

This was just what I needed. When I am in a pinch for time, I can still eat healthy and not have to worry about the line.

Doesnt work

Hasnt let me place an order in a month. Just spins and never goes through. It worked fine when I first downloaded but that only lasted a couple of weeks. Web app often has issues too. Sweetgreen needs to invest in a better dev or QA team

Lost my info!

I just updated to this new version and all of my rewards are gone! It also forgot my saved payment info. Seems like it wiped all of my profile information. Not cool.

New app. Worse service.

New app does not work. Forces you to log off and wont let me log in again.

Useless

Theres nowhere to log in so this app is useless. At least I still have the card in my wallet so I could pay for lunch...

Lost all my info and rewards

Upgraded my app and all my rewards are gone, along with my credit card info.

Visually appealing, app does not work

App is buggy. I can not choose a location, nor order. App needs some work.

Update has flaws

After updating the app deleted my payment info, and will not let me add one back in. Many parts of the app have flaws.

Bummer upgrade

I love sweet green and order almost daily at work, but have had many issues just before the update and even more since. Currently, I cant even get the app to open. I just attempted to delete and redownload, but Ive lost all my info and points... Plus the $7 in rewards I had left :(

The best food ordering experience

This app is beautiful, functional, and highly intuitive. Ive used it in store and its much quicker than the old level up app, which is key. All food ordering apps should be like this. I had no issues and didnt see any bugs- in fact, the log in process was super simple and there was great onboarding at the beginning. I think the bug could have been a temp issue with payments vendor?
